THE PROGRAMME

Our Strength & Conditioning programme allows our performance teams to have individualised programming and advice, as well as weekly supervised gym time. We are currently working with a local facility, 10x Fitness, to provide our members with a professional environment and top class equipment.  We also have S&C built into our training sessions for all our members, as well as specialised sessions a couple times each month.

TOP CLASS COACHING & EXPERTISE

Our programme is managed by our head coach Chantelle Cox and run by Petrie Strength & Conditioning coach, Steve.  Steve is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and since 2014 has worked with a variety of high-performance athletes, teams and coaches: England Rugby U20s, England Rugby South West Academy, Bristol Rugby, Plymouth Argyle and Team GB fencers. He is also the lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for British Fencing’s Athlete Development Program. TTNC and Petrie have been working together since 2018 and the club programme has been developing every year. We aim to provide a high-performance atmosphere and allow athletes to reach their full potential, supported through scientifically evidenced approaches and techniques.
